Request account deletion

MileZen users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to admin@milezenapp.com with the subject “Delete My MileZen Account” using the email address associated with your MileZen account.

Please include the email address associated with your MileZen account so we can identify the correct account.

Data that will be deleted

Upon verification of your request, MileZen will delete your account and the personal data associated with it from our systems, including your account information and cloud-stored MileZen data associated with your account.

Data retention

Certain information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purposes. Any retained information will be kept only for the period required for those purposes.
