MileZen Privacy Policy

MileZen may collect precise location information when location permissions are enabled. Location data is used to provide mileage tracking, trip detection, route recording, and Auto Drive functionality.
Depending on the permissions you grant, location information may be collected while the app is in use or while mileage tracking features are operating in the background.
Expense and Receipt Information
When you use MileZen to track expenses, you may provide information such as expense amounts, categories, merchant information, fuel purchases, notes, and receipt images.
Trip and Mileage Information
MileZen may collect and store information related to your trips, including mileage, distance, trip duration, trip classification, timestamps, and route information when applicable.
Vehicle Information
If you add a vehicle to MileZen, we may collect information you provide about that vehicle for the purpose of organizing mileage, trips, expenses, and reports.
Device and Technical Information
We may collect limited technical information about your device and application usage that is necessary to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve MileZen.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected through MileZen to provide and maintain the app’s features, including mileage and trip tracking, Auto Drive, expense and receipt management, vehicle management, reports, backups, and other account-related functionality.
We may also use information to provide customer support, maintain security, troubleshoot technical issues, improve MileZen, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

MileZen does not sell your personal information.
